In this role, you will work for our client in Gränbystaden and be employed as a Service Manager with us at Middlepoint. Here, we have established a meeting place for the center's visitors where you will help develop the service delivery and represent the center in a professional manner. As a receptionist, you will work in a wonderful team of two, providing information, guidance, and a high level of service to everyone you meet.

Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering world-class service to all visitors

• Gift card sales

• Answering questions about the center's facilities and stores

• Administrative work in various systems, email, and phone

• Shared responsibility for back office and logistics

• Training new staff

Who are you?We believe you are a true service star who is passionate about personal interactions and loves working with people. You are flexible, unpretentious, and approach your tasks with joy. We see you as an energetic person with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a team. You have previous experience in service, are familiar with the Office suite, and speak fluent Swedish and English.
